About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to lead SAP development initiatives involving custom development, SAP integration, Digital Twin solutions, manufacturing automation, and enterprise-wide process optimization. The candidate will work closely with business users, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP applications across multiple SAP modules.
  • Develop custom Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows, RFCs, BAPIs, and T-Codes (RICEFW).
  • Integrate SAP with MES, Digital Twin, APR, and third-party enterprise applications.
  • Develop ALV Reports, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, and Batch Jobs.
  • Build real-time SAP integrations using RFC, BAPI, IDoc, OData Services, and Web Services.
  • Perform debugging, performance tuning, code optimization, and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP development standards, cybersecurity policies, and audit requirements.
  • Support Transport Request (TR) lifecycle in coordination with the internal SAP Basis team.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
  • Provide post-Go-Live support and issue resolution within agreed SLA timelines.

Job Requirement

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • SAP ABAP Certification (Preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of SAP ABAP Development experience
  • Experience in at least 3–5 end-to-end SAP Implementation projects
  • Experience in SAP Support, Enhancements, and Rollout projects.
